  • 2 croissants, split open
  • ounces dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids, or milk chocolate, broken into small pieces

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Put the bottom half of the croissants on a cookie sheet. Scatter most of the chocolate over and add all the banana and most of the almonds, then replace the tops. Finely chop the remaining chocolate and scatter over the croissants.
