  • 5 ounces dolcelatte cheese
  • cup half-fat sour cream

Method

  1. Whiz together the dolcelatte, sour cream, lemon juice and plenty of freshly ground black pepper in a food processor until smooth. You shouldn’t need to add salt, because the cheese is naturally salty, but add some if you think the dip needs it.
