Chocolate and caramel are a match made in heaven, but add a little sea salt to the mixture and it takes the flavors to another level. I really urge you to try this recipe—there are no excuses, because it can easily be made the day before you need it. (If you really are struggling for time, check out the How to make, below.) This makes a large tart so there’s plenty for four adults, plus leftovers for the kids.
