  • 9 ounces mixed frozen berries, thawed and drained
  • cup heavy cream

Method

  1. Divide the berries into four small glasses or little plates. Leave them in the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving.
  2. Just before serving, gently melt the cream and chocolate together in a small saucepan over a low heat or in the microwave.
  3. Pour the cassis over the berries, then pour the white chocolate sauce over just as you serve them.
