9 ounces mixed frozen berries, thawed and drained
⅓ cup heavy cream
- Divide the berries into four small glasses or little plates. Leave them in the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving.
- Just before serving, gently melt the cream and chocolate together in a small saucepan over a low heat or in the microwave.
- Pour the cassis over the berries, then pour the white chocolate sauce over just as you serve them.
