  • 110 g black olives, stoned

Method

Crush the olives almost to a purée in a food processor. Chop half the onion finely. Mix the olives into the fromage blanc, then slowly stir in half the oil. Add the chopped onion and most of the chives. Turn into a bowl and beat with a wooden spoon, slowly adding the rest of the oil until you have a spreadable mixture. Season to taste.
