Ingredients

  • 2 chicken legs (thighs and drumsticks in one piece)
  • 1 carrot, coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion

Method

Put the chicken legs in a casserole just large enough to hold them. Cover with the chopped vegetables, add stock barely to cover and season. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium. Remove the chicken pieces from the pot. Melt the butter separately in a small pan and brush the skin of the chicken pieces with it. Season again and grill until c
