Another near neighbour of ours has, like so many other French people, another house, this time in the Ardèche, where this next recipe may originate. Lovely with game or roast meats.
Peel the potatoes and steam them for 10 minutes.
In a bowl mix together the mustard, oil, herbs and seasoning. Coat the potatoes in this mixture and put them to finish cooking in the oven for 30-45 minutes.
