Salads can be quite elaborate. At a formal dinner to celebrate the annual Marcillac wine festival, they have been known to serve this elaborate dish featuring meats and various fruits, here reduced to proportions for 4 people.

Ingredients

  • green salad, dressed with a vinaigrette lightly seasoned with a little curry powder
  • 12 slices of smoked magret de canard

Method

Serve the salad on to each person’s plate, decorated and dressed with the other ingredients.
