Some drinks contain no alcohol at all. For example, in the regions where lime trees are grown for their perfumed flowers, there is this popular favourite made from the local produce.

Ingredients

  • 1 litre water
  • 25 g tilleul (dried lime flower leaves and bracts)

Method

Bring the water to the boil, add the tilleul and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and allow the liquid to cool. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and leave to rest. Drink well chilled.
