This is all you need to prepare a basic full-fat omelette for one person.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • Pinch of salt, varying to your personal taste from a real pinch to ⅛ teaspoon
  • Pepper from the mill

Method

Mix together the ingredients, simply follow the general directions, and have fun.

All the formulas for omelettes given below are calculated for one person. As the number of guests at a table increases, the number of eggs per person needed to serve them diminishes. You can, for example, serve eight people with six eggs if the filling is subst
