This omelette is inspired by the great breakfast fare I sampled at the Beverly Hills Hotel on my first visit there ... too many years ago.
Mix the crème fraîche, chopped salmon, and caviar together; these three ingredients should not cook. Season the mixture with pepper to your taste.
