I love the flavors of Thai food, but they always seem to me to evoke luscious desserts. As a result, here is a Bavarian cream with a different spicing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method

Whip the cream until it barely starts to mound and keep it refrigerated.
