Method

Wash and dry your hands, then rub a 3-cup soufflé dish with the oil using your fingertips. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Bring a kettle of water to a boil.

Scald the milk. Put the nuts in a food processor or blender and pour the hot milk over them. Process until the nuts are groun
