I use soy flour because of its good content in proteins and its nutritiousness. In case of an allergy to soy, replace it with 3 tablespoons of regular whole wheat flour. This roulade does not freeze gracefully, so prepare it fresh and, as a vegetable, consider stir-fried sliced zucchini flavored with chopped fresh basil.
