This is another vegetable usually disliked for two reasons: too strong in taste and most of the time cooked so “crisp” that it is hard as a rock and indigestible. Great in the winter to accompany a big roast or turkey. Make sure to use only small sprouts. You can find only large sprouts? Remove the outer leaves until they are smaller; those big outer leaves full of strong oil are offenders anyhow.
