Ingredients

  • 6 heads radicchio
  • 2 apples, cored, peeled, and each cut into 6 wedges
  • Salt
  • Pepp

Method

Clean the heads of radicchio of all blemished leaves. Remove the large outer leaves and set them aside. Cut each head in half, cut a wedge out of the center of each piece with a parer and slide an apple slice into the cut. Season each half well with salt and pepper and wrap it in one of the reserved outer leaves. Preheat the oven to
