  • 1 whole large egg plus 1 large egg white
  • ½ cup milk or your choice

Method

Separate the whole egg and dilute the yolk with the milk. Reserve the egg white. Mix the flour and baking powder together in a large bowl and season with salt. Make a well in the center and gradually add the milk-egg mixture. Whisk until smooth. Mix in the wheat and all the vegetables and seasonings. In a medium-size bowl, beat the two egg whites to stage 3 foam and fold into the vegetable mixt
