Ingredients

  • 1 pound tiny carrots
  • ½ pound baby silverskin onions, parboiled for 3 minutes and peeled

Method

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In an ovenproof dish mix together the carrots, onions, and oil and season with salt. Roast until very tender, about 35 minutes
