  • 2 each medium-size Green Zebra, Red Gold Stripe, and Snowball tomatoes
  • tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Method

Remove the stem end of each tomato. Bring a pot of water to a boil and immerse each tomato separately in the boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the water with tongs and rinse immediately under running cold water. Peel and cut into ¼-inch-thick slices.
