  • 1 head garlic, cloves peeled
  • cups chicken broth of your choice or Pure Vegetable Broth

Method

Mix the garlic cloves and broth together in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the garlic is soft, 35 to 40 minutes. Transfer the garlic cloves from the broth to a blender. Measure 3 cups of the broth into the blender and liquefy. Return the mixture to the saucepan and keep warm over low heat.
