This is very good for a fun dinner among friends. Make the pasta ahead. If you have only fine cornmeal, put it in a blender and process it until you obtain flour. You will use only two thirds of each pasta; the remainder will yield another meal for four people.

For the mixed herb pasta

  • ½ cup packed mixed fresh tarragon, basil, chervil, and chives
