In this world where so many young people live alone, this is a nice dish for a pleasant dinner to precede a quiet evening of relaxing with music and a good book.

Ingredients

  • 12 seedless red grapes
  • 12 seedless white grapes
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Method

Cut the grapes into quarters; toss in the cayenne pepper, yogurt, garlic, mint, and a dash of salt.

Set the trout flat on a dinner plate, drizzle the lemon juice over it, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap in plastic wrap and prick with a needle. Microwave on high for 5 minutes; let rest in the microwave still covered, until the meat feels firm at its thickest part, another 3 to 4
