Gravlax Sauce

• 1 cup heavy cream or ½ cup sour and light cream mixed together
• ¼

Mix the cream and mustard together. Add all the seasonings to your taste and the Jack Daniel’s and let stand, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Add the chives just before serving.
