The best taste comes with the Boleti eduli. You can, however, use the mushroom of your choice. Preferably, do not freeze; it tastes best when baked as soon as it is put together.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add 2 cloves of the garlic and the parsley and sauté until light brown. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until light golden. Cover the pan and let the juices run out of the mushrooms; strain them into a small bowl through a conical strainer. Continue browning the mushrooms until dry and golden. Set aside on a plate.
