Here is the truth about this flavor. We introduced it to the Malai lineup a few years ago. Our customers were intrigued, tasted it, and loved the woodsy notes of cumin with the tart sweetness of raspberries! It was midsummer—our busiest season—so we tweaked the recipe a bit, wrote it down, and moved on with the rest of our summer. To this day, we cannot find that sheet of paper.
