Cardamom Kulfi Ice Pops

I will admit: this sweet treat is lifted directly from my mom’s recipe book. She was not much of a dessert maker when we were growing up, but she had a few recipes in her sweets arsenal—both Indian and western—that were simply spectacular: gulab jamun, shrikhand, cheesecake, Granola Chocolate Chip Cookies, and kulfi. My mom makes the best kulfi on the planet—there is no question about that—and I wanted to share that kulfi love.
