Coconut Saffron Kulfi Ice Pops

My vegan cousin does a lot of our initial taste testing for Malai’s dairy-free treats. He’s not the most effusive guy, so getting him to gush is out of the question. Even getting a thumbs-up is difficult. When he said that these ice pops were “very good,” I nearly lost it and then immediately placed them on the menu. I agree, they are very good.
