Spiced Peanut Butter Froyo Pie

There is no one that loves a peanut butter pie more than my sister. There is no one that loves a quick and simple dessert recipe more than my sister. Both of these things are found in the overlapping Venn diagram that is this recipe. It’s quick and easy and has all of the satisfying flavors of peanut butter pie (with the unexpected addition of star anise). If you have Peanut Chikki and chocolate chips on hand, they are great add-ins, but this pie is just as tasty without them.
