Black Cardamom Graham Crackers

I love learning about new spices, and black cardamom is one of them. I’ve long known about the variety that is the floral, warming spice, but did not know that it was specifically green cardamom. Black cardamom, in contrast, is a bit funkier. It’s smoky, has menthol notes, and is very woodsy. And this specific cardamom is nothing short of perfect in this hearty graham cracker.
