Coffee Orange Tea Cake

One of my favorite restaurants in my parents’ hometown in India serves various flavors of ice cream, both seasonal and year-round. One flavor that never leaves the menu (and I’m excited to devour every time I visit) is coffee orange. Everything about this combination makes sense: the bitter, chocolatey notes of coffee combined with the bright, acidic notes of orange.
