Spicy Peanut Butter Sauce

There is something about peanut butter. The salty, creamy nuttiness is something that cannot be beat and is so satiating. Because I love a peanut butter sauce on my ice cream, I created this one for Malai. It’s silky and smooth and pairs well with the warming, spicy notes of the garam masala. The funny thing is, we never actually sold this peanut butter sauce at Malai. Fortunately, it’s always at your disposal here.
