Prepare an anchovy biscuit paste, cut out in pieces about two inches square, and on each square place a rolled-up fillet of Kruger’s ‘Filets de Hareng Marinés au Vin Blanc,’ and garnish with fresh butter by means of a bag and small rose pipe, sprinkle with a little chopped parsley, and serve on a dish-paper.
