Made in minutes, with a mild and intriguing flavour, this is a good dish for dinner after a tiring day. Perfect with baked or mashed sweet potato.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 350 g

Method

Heat the oil and 25 g of the butter in a large sauté pan over a medium heat. Add the pork and stir to separate and seal the meat. Stir in the ground coriander and some seasoning. Mix in the remaining butter, apples, orange zest, honey and vinegar.

Cover the pan and cook gently for 3–4 minut
