Surprise Bombe Surprise

Who would think of a bombe surprise made of meat? Oddly enough I did, and it showed me once more how humble mince inspires culinary invention. Here, in the same way as an ice cream bombe, the outer layer hides a mystery interior. It is certainly a conversation piece. You could try using goat’s cheese instead of Camembert and walnut halves instead of the almonds.
