Everyone loves these, and they take hardly any time to make. They are perfect for picnics or a quick lunch. If you want to make them in advance for a picnic, wrap them in foil and carry them in an insulated food bag.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Stir in the garlic, paprika, cinnamon and cumin seeds and cook for 1 minute. Add the lamb mince, increase the heat and stir around with a wooden spoon for 3–4 minutes, or until separated and browned. Remove from the heat and season to taste with salt and chilli powder. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and set aside to cool.
