People find this recipe very intriguing; a creamy turkey (or you can use chicken) mixture, flavoured with chilli and tarragon, studded with hazelnuts and stuffed into mushrooms, then wrapped in pastry. The result is four exciting golden parcels.

Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey breast fillets, roughly chopped
  • 2 red chillies
  • 50 g

Method

Place the turkey in a food processor and finely chop. Slice the chillies in half lengthways under running water, discard the seeds and stems and finely chop the flesh. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the chillies. Add the turkey and coat with the butter, then stir in the flour and gradually add the milk. While stirring, bring the mixture to the boil.
