This recipe is made the same way as Wuxi Braised Pork Ribs, except for the ingredients that are added during the last 45 minutes of cooking. I developed this variation because bean curd juice is still relatively new to the market, so in case you cannot find it, you can still enjoy these marvelous braised pork ribs.
