Clean the shrimp (see instructions), then leave to drain over a bowl for 20 minutes. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise, then in half crosswise. Reserve.
To make the marinade: In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Reserve.
