Place the cooked rice in a bowl. Using your hands, break up any lumps and reserve.

Raise the heat to high, stir the sauce, and drizzle it over the rice. Stir to mix for 1 minute. Lower the heat to medium and stir constantly for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the rice is coated with the sauce. Add the eggs and stir to mix for about 2 minutes, or until well mixed. Add the scallions and stir and cook for 1 minute more, or until mixed well. Add the coriander and mix well.
Turn off the heat, transfer to a heated dish, and serve.
