The beautiful thing about this recipe is the flavour the cedar boxes put into the roasted chocolate. You will need six cedar boxes, or you can use ramekins. I serve this with ginger beer ice cream.
Begin by melting the butter for greasing the moulds – you can use cedar boxes or ramekins. Pour the hot butter into one mould at a time. Make sure all the sides are lined with butter, then pour into the next mould and repeat for all the moulds
