  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Β½ teaspoon Dijon m

Method

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the egg yolk to break it up. Then whisk in the lemon juice, Dijon mustard and white miso to evenly combine. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream, while whisking, to emulsify.
