This cocktail came about one night after a very busy dinner service. We were tasting some new cocktail creations and when this pineapple shochu came to the table it instantly reminded me of my childhood days when Mum and Dad would let me have L&P on the boat. It was a special treat, but this was a little different – it was L&P for adults. So we went about refining the cocktail and have since come up with our own bottle and label, giving it a new name of LwP – this is a Kiwiana cockt
