Inspired by festive Greek breads, this blend enhances the flavor of savory and sweet breads as well as biscotti. I usually add two to three teaspoons for each pound of flour in a bread recipe.


  • cup (70 g) coriander seeds
  • 3 tablespoons mahlep


Grind the spices in a spice grinder or a clean coffee grinder. Transfer to a sealed jar and keep in a cool, dark place.
