  • 1 pound (500 g) broccoli rabe (rapini) or turnip tops, washed, drained, and coarsely chopped (stems included)

Method

In a bowl, mix the cornmeal with 1½ cups (360 ml) cold water and let stand for 5 minutes. Bring 1 quart (1 L) water to a boil, and add the rapini or turnip tops and the cornmeal mixture. Cook as described above, adding the olive oil and folding in the yogurt and feta.
