Spicy Chili Oil

If you’re someone who heads right for the bottle of chili oil at your local pizza joint, make this recipe immediately. It’s wildly easy to make homemade chili oil and you probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen. Drizzle it over pizza, of course, but also grilled meat, fish, or vegetables—or just use it in place of regular olive oil when roasting vegetables. Try it instead of hot sauce for eggs or better yet, fry or scramble your eggs right in it. You can also swap up to half t
