If it’s Friday night, you’ll most likely find my husband, Joe, and me at home sipping Americanos. The not-too-strong cocktail is our favorite way to ease into the weekend. Although the bitter apéritif Campari is traditional here, I highly recommend seeking out Cappelletti Aperitivo. It’s a little less bitter, which means it’s much more approachable. I also like that it’s made without any artificial coloring.
