I pretty much don’t need anything but a spoon to enjoy the intensely rich, almost buttery goodness that is burrata, but I tend to save that for when no one is watching. Here’s a more civilized approach: Rub garlic and tomato all over thick-cut toast, pile it with burrata, and finish it off with a generous drizzle of garlicky, herby Salsa Verde. It’s a little messy but, as you’ll quickly realize when you go to grab a napkin, 100 percent worth it. Enjoy these bruschetta-like toasts as a snack
