    • ¼ cup cold-pressed, all-natural apple juice (we like Fuji apple juice from Red Jacket Orchards)
    • ¼ cup rice vinegar


    In a small mixing bowl, combine the apple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Whisk well, top with the chile, and serve with dumplings.
