Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g castor sugar
  • 35 g cake flour
  • 21 g squid ink
  • 5 ml oil

Method

Blend the ingredients together and then allow to rest for 1 hour. Once rested, pour the mixture into a cream syphon gun and charge 3 times.

Place the mixture into small microwaveable cups until three-quarters full and microwave for 30 seconds.
