  • 32 kale leaves
  • 30 ml olive oil

Method

Remove the fibrous stalks from the kale and wash. Pat the leaves dry, brush with olive oil and place on an oven tray. Roast at 180°C until crisp – about 5 minutes. Alternatively, deep fry in oil at 180°C until crisp without excess colour.
